In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have an active self-exclusion in place on the Platform at the time of registration or login.
6. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of a philbet employee or affiliated partner where such participation is restricted.

To access real-money gaming on philbet, you are required to register an Account. The following terms govern the registration process and ongoing Account maintenance:

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. philbet will never ask for your password. You must notify philbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. philbet shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on philbet. If duplicate Accounts are detected, philbet reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated Bonuses, and retain any funds beyond the original deposited amount in the duplicate Account as a deterrent against abuse.

4.4 Account Currency

All philbet Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. No currency conversion is applied by philbet, and no other currency is accepted or paid out.

philbet is required by applicable regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process requires submission of the following documentation:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document. Accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Philippine National ID (PhilSys);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of the registered GCash or Maya account showing the account holder name matching the registered Account name);

philbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access and place an Account under review at any time pending completion of KYC verification. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties will be subject to enhanced verification and may be returned to the originating payment method. philbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transfer fees which are not controlled by philbet.

The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your philbet Account:

7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be processed to verified Accounts that have completed KYC verification as described in Section 5. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the philbet Account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.

7.2 Processing Times

philbet targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests submitted during regular operating hours:

• GCash and Maya: 15–30 minutes for verified accounts;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers: same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time;
• Requests submitted outside operating hours or on Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account tier and verification status. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional AML checks and extended processing times. philbet reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments.

7.4 Bonus-Related Withdrawal Restrictions

Where Bonus credits have been received, withdrawal of the Bonus amount and any associated winnings is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawal of the original deposit is generally not restricted by Bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

philbet offers various promotional Bonuses to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all philbet promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

1. Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are set out in the individual promotion terms.
2. Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the promotion. Unclaimed Bonuses expire automatically.
3. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus funds or Bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion's terms.
4. philbet reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on Bonus-derived winnings where specified in individual promotion terms.
5. Only one Bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit the stacking of Bonuses.
6. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
7. philbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible. This does not affect Bonuses already credited to Accounts prior to the amendment.
8. Any evidence of Bonus abuse, collusion, wagering pattern manipulation to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or other conduct designed to exploit Bonuses rather than play in good faith will result in forfeiture of the Bonus, associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

The following general rules of play apply across all game categories on the philbet platform:

9.1 Game Rules

Each game on the philbet platform has its own specific rules governing gameplay, bet types, win conditions, and payouts. These game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.

9.2 RNG Certification

All non-live (RNG-based) games on the philbet platform — including slot games and RNG table games — use certified random number generators that have been independently tested to ensure genuinely random and unmanipulated outcomes. philbet does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game category is derived from the game's mathematical design and is consistent with the published RTP (Return to Player) figures provided by each game developer.

9.3 Live Dealer Games

The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) under the supervision of trained professional dealers. 9.4 Sports Betting

Bets are void if the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned before the result is determined, unless otherwise specified in the applicable market rules. Live in-play bets are subject to potential delays in acceptance due to real-time odds management.

9.5 Disconnection Policy

If your connection to the Platform is interrupted during a game round, the game round will be resolved according to the server-side game state at the time of disconnection. Winnings generated from a disconnected round will be credited to your Account balance and will be available upon your next login. philbet is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions caused by factors outside the Platform's control, including your internet service provider, mobile network conditions, or device performance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philbet platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 3;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, exploits, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate betting activity;
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion could affect outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine AML legislation;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors in a manner not consistent with good-faith play;
• Abusing the Bonus system through coordinated pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing philbet staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical systems of the Platform;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first seeking resolution through philbet's customer support process.

philbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a deposit transaction;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority requiring Account action;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to a minimum of thirty (30) days' prior notice to the Account's registered contact details.

Upon closure of an Account due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, philbet reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where the balance is confirmed to have been generated through good-faith gameplay and no fraudulent activity is substantiated, the net deposited amount (less any Bonus credits) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Where fraud is substantiated, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting philbet customer support. Voluntary Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

philbet is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of Filipino players from the potential harms associated with excessive or problem gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the philbet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any philbet content without prior written permission from philbet.

The game content displayed on the Platform is licensed from third-party game providers. The intellectual property in such game content remains with the respective providers. philbet does not claim ownership of third-party game intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your philbet Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

philbet shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether they were foreseeable or whether philbet was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data beyond what is covered by philbet's data retention obligations;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that does not constitute formal professional advice;
• Losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability caused by circumstances outside philbet's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party system outages, acts of government or regulatory authority, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits philbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

The collection, use, and protection of personal data submitted to philbet is governed by the philbet Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

philbet processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Data subjects have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, subject to lawful grounds for continued retention including AML record-keeping obligations.

philbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they affect player rights in a meaningful way — philbet will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice of the proposed changes via notification to your registered email address and/or a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your Account before the effective date of the amendment without penalty, and any remaining balance (net of applicable wagering requirements on active Bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the philbet platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting philbet customer support. philbet will endeavour to respond to dispute notifications within five (5) business days and to reach a fair resolution within thirty (30) business days of receiving the full details of the dispute.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For complaints relating to regulated gaming conduct, players may also refer disputes to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
